Website enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we send your name, email address, optional phone number, message and selected rug references to our showroom using Resend, our email delivery provider. We use these details to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order.

We apply request limits to reduce spam. Enquiry contents are not included in our visit analytics. For questions about your enquiry or a request to delete your details, contact info@ramezanirugs.com.

Optional analytics

This site offers optional, first-party visit counting so we can see which pages and campaigns help people find the showroom. It only starts if you choose “Allow”. Declining is just as easy, and the site works the same either way.

What is recorded if you allow it

  • A random visit identifier kept in your browser, replaced after 30 minutes of inactivity (and at most after 12 hours). It is not linked to any other device.
  • The public page address you view (without anything after “?”), and the time, set by our server.
  • Clicks on our phone number, email address or “Add to selection”. These are counted as interest, not as enquiries or orders.
  • The name of the website that linked to us (for example a search engine), not the page on it.
  • Campaign labels in our own links (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), after removing anything that looks like an email, web address or code.
  • A broad device type: phone, tablet or computer.

What analytics never records

No names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, IP addresses, precise location, device fingerprints, session recordings or advertising pixels. Country is shown as “Unknown” unless it comes from trusted network metadata at our hosting provider; it is never worked out from your time zone.

How long it is kept

Records are deleted automatically once they are 90 days old, by a scheduled daily clean-up. Only authorised Ramezani staff can view the totals, which are shown in aggregate.

Separate hosting statistics

Independently of this choice, our hosting platform keeps its own aggregate visit statistics (for example page counts). Declining here stops our first-party counting; it does not switch off the hosting platform's aggregate statistics.

Change your choice

Use the button below or “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing stops counting immediately and removes the visit identifier from your browser.
