Who we work with
Designers, developers, architects and insurers.
- Interior designers
- We help select pieces for a scheme, send photographs for review and hold a shortlist for your client to see in Wembley.
- Property developers
- Tell us the sizes and the number of rooms and we can put a suitable selection together and bring it to site.
- Architects
- Work from the recorded sizes and materials in the collection, or commission a bespoke rug order to a drawing.
- Insurance companies
- We advise on cleaning, repairing and valuations for oriental carpets.
How a project runs
By phone, in Wembley or on site.
- 01
Tell us the brief
Sizes, palette and the rooms involved — a floor plan or a photograph is enough to start.
- 02
We send photographs
We put a selection together from the showroom floor, including pieces not recorded online, and send images for review.
- 03
See them in Wembley or on site
Visit the showroom Monday to Friday, 9:30–17:30 (weekends by appointment), or we bring a suitable selection to site and meet you there.
Before you enquire
A useful brief for your rug selection.
A few practical details help us discuss the right pieces for the project. You do not need a finished scheme to start a conversation.
- Space and dimensions. Send a floor plan or room photograph, furniture dimensions and the minimum and maximum rug length and width that will work.
- Palette and pattern. Include the colours, materials or samples the rug needs to sit alongside, and whether you prefer a central medallion, an all-over design or a quieter pattern.
- Use and condition. Describe the room and its expected foot traffic. For an older piece, tell us which condition details you need to discuss, such as wear, repairs, edges or fringes.
- Shortlist and scope. Quote the rug numbers or page links you like, the number of spaces, an indicative budget and the project timing you would like to discuss.
Check each rug's recorded origin, composition and dimensions when comparing pieces. A design name does not by itself establish origin, and a fine rug is not necessarily pure silk. Ask us to confirm any missing detail before specifying it for a client.
Start a project
Call the showroom and tell us the rooms.
Call or email with the room sizes, colours and any rug numbers you are considering. The showroom confirms every price. For a rug marked Price on request, call or email with its rug number. UK delivery is usually estimated at 1–4 days, depending on your area. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery to Europe is £150 for rugs up to 35 kg. Heavier rugs and all other destinations are quoted by the showroom; international delivery depends on destination, carrier availability and restrictions.
