Delivery & returns.
These details apply to purchases arranged with Ramezani Oriental Carpets. Your order confirmation records the exact fulfilment choice and charge for your order.
Europe and overseas
Delivery to Europe is £150 for rugs up to 35 kg. Heavier rugs and all other destinations are quoted by the showroom; international delivery depends on destination, carrier availability and restrictions. For purchases outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any local taxes, duties or import charges.

Prices shown for UK purchases include VAT.
Cancellations and returns
For eligible distance purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the rug within the following 14 days. Standard outbound delivery is refunded. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were returned, whichever is earlier. We may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the rug. For UK change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. Nothing here restricts your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
